अन्वयः

तत: thereupon, त्वरितविक्रम: a man with swift movements, स: सुमन्त्र: that Sumantra, त्वरितम् immediately, गत्वा had gone, वेदपारगान् mastered fully vedas, समस्तान् gathering together, तान् विप्रान् all of those brahmins, समानयत् brought.

Thereupon, going out speeding, Sumantra of swift movements called together all the spiritual guides, as well as others versed in the Vedic ritual.
