अनुमान्य वसिष्ठं च सूतवाक्यं निशम्य च ।
सान्तःपुरः सहामात्यः प्रययौ यत्र स द्विजः ॥

अन्वयः

सूतवाक्यम् the charioteer's (Sumantra's) words, निशम्य having heard, वसिष्ठं च अनुमान्य obtaining the consent of Vasishta, सान्त:पुर: accompanied by queens, सहामात्य: along with courtiers, स:द्विज: that brahmin, यत्र to the place where he resided, प्रययौ departed.

Hearing Sumantra's words, Dasaratha was exceedingly delighted. And hearing these words, and permitted by Vasistha, he, accompanied with the ladies, and his courtiers, set out for the place where that twice-born one was.

Summary

Having heard the charioteer's words and having obtained the consent of Vasishta, he along with his queens and courtiers departed to the place where the brahmin (Rsyasringa) resided.
