अन्वयः

अत्र in this sacrificial pavillion, अषडङ्गवित् not versed in six vedangas, नासीत् not there, अव्रत: unfaithful to vowed observances, न not there, अबहुश्रुत: not learned in many shastras, न not there, तस्य राज्ञ: that king's, सदस्या: assistants at a sacrifice, नावादकुशला: not skilful in disputations in shastras, न वै not there.

There was no twice-born one that was not versed in the Vedas and the Vedāngas, or that did not observe vows, or that was not profoundly learned, nor did any assist at the sacrifice that could not argue ably.
