अन्वयः

तत: at that moment, लोककर्ता creator of the world, प्रभु: lord of the world, चतुर्मुख: fourfaced, महातेजा: effulgent, ब्रह्मा Brahma, मुनिपुङ्गवम् best among sages, तम् that Valmiki, द्रष्टुम् desirous of seeing, स्वयम् himself, आजगाम arrived.

It came to pass that desirous of seeing the best of sages, there arrived, that lord and creator of all, the effulgent Brahmā, furnished with four countenances.
