अन्वयः

यैः by means of which, देवासुरगणान्वापि even multitude of devatas, asuras, सगन्धर्वोरगानपि nagas together with gandharvas, अमित्रान् enemies, आजौ in the battle, प्रसह्य forcibly, वशीकृत्य taking them captives, जयिष्यसि you will vanquish, तानि दिव्यानि such celestial, अस्त्राणि weapons, सर्वशः completely, ददामि I shall give, ते भद्रम् May you prosper.

By means of which subduing such antagonists as celestials and Asuras backed on carth by Gandharvas and Uragas, you will in battle be crowned with victory.

Summary

With the help of these celestial weapons, you will vanquish even gods and demons, serpents together with gandharvas if they challenge you to a battle as enemies and take them as captives. I shall confer on you all such weapons. May you prosper
