अन्वयः

तेषाम् of those devatas', तत् वचनम् those words, श्रुत्वा having heard, गर्भपरिस्रवे when the embryo was flowing from womb, स्कन्नम् descended, अनलम् यथा like fire, परया with great, लक्ष्म्या beauty, दीप्यमानम् shining, स्नापयन् bathed.

And hearing those words of theirs, the Kșttikās bathed the offspring that had issued from her womb, flaming like fire, and with auspicious marks.

Summary

Hearing the words of the gods, the krittikas bathed the baby that descended from the womb of Ganga resembling flaming fire and shining with great beauty.
