अन्वयः

तेन by that, सुभास्वता excellently shining, तोयेन waters, धूतपापा: cleansed of their sins, पुन: again, आकाशम् sky, आविश्य having entered, अथ thereafter, पुन: again, स्वान् their own, लोकान् celestial worlds, प्रतिपेदिरे attained.

And those that had fallen from the sky to the earth in consequence of some curse of other, having bathed there, and thereby having their sins washed an removed by that sanctifying water, again ascended the sky and entered the celestial regions.

Summary

Cleansed of their sins by the sparkling waters, they ascended through the sky once again to their own (celestial) worlds.
