अन्वयः
तत: subsequently, मुनिवर: best among ascetics, Visvamitra, सह राघव: together with Rama and Lakshmana, तदा then, रम्याम् enchanting, दिव्याम् splendid, स्वर्गोपमाम् like unto heaven, विशालाम् towards Vishala, नगरीम् city, तूर्णम् speedily, जगाम went.

And thereupon speedily that that foremost of ascetics in company with Rāghava, went towards Viśālā, beautiful and elegant like to the celestial regions.
Summary
Thereupon Viswamitra, the best of ascetics, accompanied by Rama and Lakshmana soon proceeded towards the enchanting and splendid city of Vishala comparable to heaven.
