अन्वयः

सः राघवः that Rama, एवम् in this way, ब्रुवाणम् speaking, तम् ऋषिम् that sage, तथेति be it so, उक्त्वा having said, धर्मज्ञाम् wise in the ways of righteousness, सीताम् Sita, उत्तमम् excellent, इदं वचनम् these words, उवाच said.

When the saint had spoken thus, Rāghava saying, “So be it," turned his eyes to Sītā, and thus spoke to that one knowing morality.

Summary

Hearing those words of the sage, Rama said be it so and said to righteous Sita these choice words.
