अन्वयः

सत्यवादिना by a truthful man, मे पित्रा by my father, पूर्वम् previously, पार्थिवान् kings, आमन्त्र्य having invited, नरेन्द्राणाम् of kings, समवाये in the assembly, तत् धनुः that bow, प्राप्य having acquired, व्याहृतम् addressed them.

Having obtained the bow, my truthful father said, 'No fear!' inviting at the same time the kings to an assembly of sovereigns.
