अन्वयः

तदा then, राघवः Rama, अयोध्याऽधिपतेः of the king of Ayodhya, प्रभोः lord, पितुः his father's, छन्दम् opinion, अविज्ञाय without knowing, दीयमानाम् being offered by father, न तु प्रतिजग्राह did not accept.

And bestowed on Rāghava, I was accepted of him, after he had consulted the wish of his father, that lord, the master of Ayodhyā.

Summary

Then Rama did not accept the offer of my father straightaway before he knew the opinion of his father Dasaratha, king of Ayodhya.
