अन्वयः

धार्मिकः virtuous, श्रीमान् glorious, सः राजा that king, सुतं प्रति about his son, सन्नहर्षः cheerless, शोकरक्तेक्षणः eyes red with tears, उद्वीक्ष्य looking upwards, तं सूतम् to that charioteer, उवाच said, वाक्यैः with words, मम my, मर्माणि vital parts of body, भूयः (एव) still more, निकृन्तसि are piercing (causing excessive pain).

Then the graceful and virtuous king, waxing disconsolate, on account of his son, and with his eyes reddened with the effect of grief, seeing the charioteer, said, “This eulogy of your pains me the more."

Summary

The virtuous and glorious king thinking of his son without cheer looked upward with eyes red with tears and said to the charioteer, You are causing my heart excruciating pain with your words.
