अन्वयः

तु but, उत्सुकस्य eager (to go to the forest), तव your, विलंबनम् delay, क्षमम् appropriate, अहम् I, न मन्ये do not think, राम Rama, तस्मात् therefore, त्वम् you, इतः from here, शीघ्रम् immediately, वनम् to the forest, गन्तुम् to go, अर्हसि behoves you.

I do not think it proper for you, O Rāma, to delay, when you are so anxious; it behoves you therefore to depart from this place speedily to the forest.

Summary

Since you are eager (to go to the forest), I do not think it is proper to delay. O Rama therefore it behoves you to proceed immediately from here to the forest.
