मयि when I, प्रत्यागते सति having returned, धर्मभृताम् of protcetor of dharma, श्रेष्ठः best, जीवितम् life, धारयिष्यति यदि if he contains, परमम् highest, कामम् desire, प्राप्स्यसे will obtain.

Engaged in discipline and fasting and devoted to the services of your husband you shall attain your best desire, on my return, if this foremost of pious men lives then.

Summary

If my father, who is the best among the upholders of righteousness, survives till I come back, you will have your highest desires fulfilled.
