अन्वयः

पुत्रे when the son, आच्छिद्य severing all connections, निर्याते had set out, कौसल्या Kausalya, यथा in whichever way, यत्र जीवति wherever surviving still, दुर्जीवम् it is difficult to live, मन्ये I consider, एवम् like this, सुकरम् easily, न not, ध्रुवम् certain.

Surely life is miserable, yet is incapable of being renounced, since, although her son leaving (the installation) has gone away, yet Kausalyā still lives.

Summary

I think it is indeed difficult for Kausalya to live wherever and whichever way she tries as she has been separated from her son. (the queens said).
