अन्वयः

धृतव्रतः a man of firm vows, भरतः Bharata, अभिषेचनिकम् relating to consecration, सर्वम् all, भाण्डम् the articles procured, प्रदक्षिणं कृत्वा having circumambulated, सर्वम् all, तं जनम् to those people, प्रत्युवाच replied.

Thereupon, having gone round all the things procured for the sprinkling, Bharata from in his vows addressed those persons, saying.

Summary

Rama circumambulated the vessels meant for the consecration ceremony and steadily glancing at them with attention slowly moved away.
