अन्वयः

अहम् I, अनार्यजुष्टम् followed by wretched ones, अस्वर्ग्यम् not leading to heaven, पापम् sin, कुर्यां यदि if I do, लोके in this world, इक्ष्वाकूणाम् to the Ikshvaku kings, कुलपांसनः one who is a disgrace to the family, भवेयम् I shall become.

If I commit myself to this sin dishonourable and calculated to bring me to perdition, I shall in this world bring disgrace on the race of the Ikşvākus.

Summary

If I commit this evil act followed by wretched people which would not lead any one to heaven, I shall only be bringing disgrace to the kings of the Ikshvaku dynasty.
