अन्वयः

साम्प्रतम् just now, मृगयूथनिपीतानि drunk by herds of deer, कलुषाम्भांसि of turbid waters, रमणीयानि lovely, तीर्थानि landing places, मे to me, रतिम् pleasure, सञ्जनयन्ति is producing.

And the waters rendered muddy in consequence of herds of deer drinking of them, as well as the graceful descents to the river, fill me with pleasure.

Summary

The herds of deer have just drunk water by descending down the landing places and the waters are still turbid. This sight produces great pleasure in me.
