अन्वयः

सः अहम् that I am, इच्छसि यदि if you so desire, ते to you, वाससहायः guard, भविष्यामि I shall be, दुर्गम् difficult, इदं कान्तारम् this forest, मृगराक्षससेवितम् full of wild animals and demons, तात dear, सलक्ष्मणे with Lakshmana, त्वयि you, याते having gone, सीताम् Sita, रक्षिष्ये will protect.

If you will, I shall become your help during your abode (in the woods). And, O child, I shall protect Sītā when you shall go out along with Laksimana.

Summary

If you so desire I will be helpful to you in guarding your hut. O dear, it is a difficult forest full of wild animals and demons. When you and Lakshmana are away I will protect Sita.
