अन्वयः

रघुनन्दनः a delight of the Raghu dynasty, आर्तिमत् piteously, सव्यं करम् left hand, गृहीत्वा on taking hold, मधुरोदर्कम् sweet as ever, परुषम् harsh, इदम् this, लक्ष्मणम् to Lakshmana, उवाच said.
