अन्वयः

अमोघाः unfailing, सूर्यसङ्काशाः (bright) as the Sun, (रुषा अन्विता accompanied by anger), ममैते released by me, निशिताः sharp, मे शराः my arrows, दुर्वृत्ते on the evil doer, तस्मिन् वालिनि on that Vali, पतिष्यन्ति will descend.

These infallible sharpened shafts of inine, resembling the sun, feathered with the plumes of the Kanka, like to the thunderbolt of the great Indra, having sharp heads and even knots, like in infuriated serpents,-being let go with vehermence, shall alight upon the impious Vali.

Summary

'These arrows covered with kanka feathers, sharp and straight at the tip, comparable to great Indra's thunderbolt are (burning bright) like the sun. Looking like angry serpents, they will unfailingly strike at the miscreant Vali soon.
