अन्वयः

मम my, इह वा in this world or, परत्र वा or in the next world, हरिराजसंश्रयात् other than joining king of monkeys, क्षमतरम् a safer course, न अस्ति हि is not found, अभिमुखहतवीरसेवितम् used by this slain warrior in front of me, इदं this, शयनम् resting place, सेवितुम् to rest, मम for me, क्षमम् is fitting.

There is no other resource for me tending to my welfare both in this world and the next than taking refuge to this lord of monkeys. It is becoming for me to serve this bed which has been resorted to by the hero, slain (and lying before me.)

Summary

There is nothing more befitting for me than joining the king of monkeys either here or in the next world. It is proper for me to resort to this resting place (pyre) used by this slain hero in front of me.इत्यार्षे श्रीमद्रामायणे वाल्मीकीय आदिकाव्ये किष्किन्धाकाण्डे एकविंशस्सर्गः॥Thus ends the twentyfirst sarga of Kishkindakanda of the Holy Ramayana, the first epic composed by sage Valmiki.
