अन्वयः

मेघकृष्णाजिनधराः clouds of the colour of black antelope skin, धारायज्ञोपवीतिनः streams of water falling like sacred threads, मारुतापूरितगुहाः winds in caves, पर्वताः mountain, प्राधीता इव like priests reciting (mantras).

These hillocks, having clouds for dark deerskins, heavy showers for sacred threads and having caves filled with air, are appearing like so many Brahmins who have finished their studies.

Summary

'The mountains are covered with dark clouds which appear like the hide of the antelope. Streams of rain water flowing are like the sacred threads hanging down the shoulder and the sounds of wind filling the caves resemble the recitation of Vedas by priests. (These mountains are comparable to the brahmacharins engaged in the recitation of Vedas wearing antelopeskin and sacred threads).
