अन्वयः

शतशः in hundreds, ते they, प्लवङ्गमाः monkeys, क्रुद्धम् enraged, कालमृत्युयुगान्ताभम् seemed like the god of death at the end of creation, तम् him, दृष्ट्वा after seeing, भयपरीताङ्गाः limbs shaking in fear, दिशः directions, विद्रुताः fled.

Beholding Lakṣmaṇa, highly enraged, terrible as Death himself at the time of dissolution, the monkeys, stricken with fear, fled away, by hundreds, into various quarters.

Summary

Seeing enraged Lakshmana, who looked like a veritable god of Death at the time of dissolution of the universe, hundreds of monkeys, their limbs trembling in fear ran in different directions.
