अन्वयः

अथ and then, प्रतिसमादिष्टः having been called in, परवीरहा slayer of enemies, लक्ष्मणः Lakshmana, रामशासनात् as per Rama's command, घोराम् frightful in appearance, गुहाम् cave, किष्किन्धाम् Kishkinda, प्रविवेश entered.

Thereupon, Laksmana, the slayer of foes, commanded, entered, at the behest of Rāma, the pleasant city of Kişkindhā situated in the centre of caves.

Summary

Instructed by Rama, and having been permitted, Lakshmana, the slayer of enemies entered the frightful cave of Kishkinda.
