विधूतकेशी युवतिर्यथा मृदितवर्णिका ।
निष्पीतशुभदन्तौष्ठी नखैर्दन्तैश्च विक्षता ॥

अन्वयः

लाङ्गूलहस्तैश्च with tail and hands, चरणाभ्यां च and with feet, मर्दिता crushed, प्रभग्नवरपादपाः prominent trees shattered, अशोकवनिका Ashoka garden, निर्धूतकेशी hair dishevelled, मृदितवर्णका circular vermilion mark effaced, निष्पीतशुभदन्तोष्ठी with bright teeth and lips kissed, नखैः with nails, दन्तैश्च with teeth also, विक्षता wounded, युवतिः young woman, यथा likewise, तथा that, बभूव appeared.

And like youthful fair ones with hair dishevelled, their paste worn off, their upper lips with fair teeth sucked of their moisture; and having their persons torn with nails, and teeth; appeared 'the Asoka wood with its trees shattered; and itself ground with the tail, hands and legs (of Hanumān).

Summary

The garden of Ashoka with trees shattered and crushed by Hanuman's tail, hands and feet, appeared like a woman with dishevelled hair, with her vermilion mark effaced, her bright teeth and lips faded for being kissed and wounded with nails and bitten with teeth (by her lover).
