स्थितः ककुद्मानिव तीक्ष्णशृङ्गो; महाचलः श्वेत इवोच्चशृङ्गः ।
हस्तीव जाम्बूनदबद्धशृङ्गो; विभाति चन्द्रः परिपूर्णशृङ्गः ॥

the Moon resembled a sharp-horned bull, or a mighty white-hued hill with towering summits, or an elephant with his horns plated with gold. And with (the mark of) the horn.* *The sun. It is a planet in Hindu cosmogony.
