अन्वयः

अथवा alternatively, मैथिलीम् Mythili, अक्लिष्टकारिणम् one who may makes work easy (without any trouble), रामं च and Rama, दृष्ट्वा after seeing, ते to your, वक्त्रम् mouth, आगमिष्यामि I will reach, सत्यम् truly, ते you, प्रतिशृणोमि I promise.

In this business, you, O chaste one, should help Rāma. Or having seen Mithila's daughter, as well as Rāma of untiring deeds, I shall come to your mouth, this I promise to you truly.'

Summary

"I told her that it is proper for her (living in the domain of Rama) to help his queen and wife. Or else, I promised after I disclose to Rama, Sita's whereabouts, I will come and enter her mouth.
