अन्वयः

गृहीत even if you have grasped, नविज्ञातोवा not known the meaning, अज्ञानस्य out of ignorance, भार intensity, वाह्यते bearing, मूर्खै foolish ones, ईदृशै like these, सचिवै ministers, युक्त not fit, अहम् I, दिष्ट्या out of good luck, धरामि ruling this sovereignty.

Or if you had appropriated the same, you have forgotten it afterwards;;and you bear the burden of ignorance. And it is owing to my good fortune that, having such stupid counsellors, I have as yet held my kingdom.
