अन्वयः

मतिमान् wise, मतिम् in mind, सःरामः that Rama, विभीषणम् Vibheeshana, एवम् in that way, उक्त्वा having spoken, सुवेलस्यगिरिः Suvela mountain, रमणीयतरम् beauty, तटम् slopes, दृष्टवा seeing, कृत्यसिध्यर्थम् for accomplishing the task, सुवेलारोहणे climb up, बुद्धिम् thought, चकार and went.

Having said this to Vibhísaņa for attaining success in the enterprise, that lord, the intelligent Rāma, seeing the sides of Suvela more beautiful (than other places), intended to ascend it.

Summary

Wise Rama having spoken like that to Vibheeshana for accomplishing the task, looking at the beauty of Suvela mountain slopes, climbed up and went.
