अन्वयः

एवम् in that way, उक्ताः having said, कूटयोधिनः cheerful, ते they, सर्वेराक्षसाः all Rakshasas, तेनकर्मणा by that action, परम् extremely, विस्मयम् amazed, आजग्मुः went, हर्षिताः laughing.

Thus addressed, those Rākşasas-wily warriors all-resembling masses of clouds, witnessing that deed (of Indrajit), struck with wonder and rejoicing (greatly), set up tremendous roars. And thinking that Rāma was slain, they honoured Ravana's son.

Summary

Indrajith having spoken in that way to the Rakshasas, all of them were highly amazed by the action of Indrajith and went laughing.
