अन्वयः

पादयोः on the sole of my feet, इमानि such, पद्मानिखलु lotus marks, यैः whose, कुलस्त्रियः virtuous women, नरेन्द्रैः king, पतिभिःसह husband also, अधिराज्ये kingdom, अभिषिच्यन्ते will be crowned.
