Speedily recovering Vaidehi, who has been carried away, and slaying Rāvana, you will, your end attained, return to Ayodhyā, who shall also have her desire. O Rāghava, I see all the great auspicious omens on earth and in the sky, signifying success to you.

Summary

Raghava I am seeing good signs in the sky and also on land indicating auspicious signs of the accomplishment of your desire. The wind is also favourable and agreeable to the moving army.
