अन्वयः

तस्मिन् while, अस्त्रे missile, आहूयमाने invoking, पावके fire god, हूयमाने च doing fire sacrifice, सार्धंग्रहेन्दुनक्षत्रै all planets, moon, Sun and Stars, नभस्थ्सलम् in the sky, वितत्रास shook in fear.

On that weapon having been invoked, * and on (the god of fire) also having been worshipped, the firmament furnished with the suns and stars and planets was afflicted with affright. *i.e. on the deity presiding over that weapon, being invoked.

Summary

While the missile was being invoked and fire sacrifice was done, all planets, moon, Sun, and Stars in the sky shook in fear.
