शरौ प्रतिहतौ दृष्ट्वा तावुभौ रणमूर्धनि ।
व्रीडितो जातरोषौ च लक्ष्मणेन्द्रजितावुभौ ॥

अन्वयः

तदा then, तौ both, लक्ष्मणेन्द्रजितौ Lakshmana and Indrajith, उभौ both, रणमूर्धनि in the face of battle, प्रतिहतौ nought with the other, शरौ arrows, दृष्टवा seeing, व्रीडितौ abashed, जातरोषौ च got agitated

Seeing their shafts baffled, Indrajit and Laks mana, staying on the edge of the battie, were seized with shame and wrath.

Summary

Then both Lakshmana and Indrajith in the face of the battle seeing their arrows in nought with each other were abashed and got agitated.
